Our customer service staff can assist you in understanding your hospital or clinic bill, answer your insurance questions, offer financial counseling, assist you with a payment plan arrangement, and accept your payment in the form of cash, check, or major credit or debit card. Upon request, you may receive estimates of the cost of your hospital or clinic services. The financial service charge estimates phone number is 360-385-2200, ext. 2267. Our customer service office is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Social workers are available through Jefferson Healthcare to counsel, support, and advocate for patients and their families when they are dealing with medical problems and related stressors. The goals of our services are to reduce anxieties, assist in adjustments with life changes, address financial concerns, identify community resources, and intervene in abuse or neglect situations.
