Pulmonary Rehabilitation (rehab) is a multidisciplinary program that provides testing, therapy, emotional support, and education to stabilize or improve the consequences of lung disease.
Who Should Participate?
- Any patient with chronic lung disease and symptoms, such as
- frequent respiratory infections,
- fatigue,
- breathlessness, and
- increasing dependence on family and friends due to poor breathing.
What You Will Experience in Rehab
- You will meet with a pulmonary rehab specialist who will evaluate your medical records and goals and will schedule any necessary tests.
- You will attend an eight-week program of supervised exercise and education sessions.
- You will graduate from our program with improved endurance and a personalized health plan.

Location/directions
The Pulmonary Rehab program is located in the physical therapy gym on the first floor of the hospital, to the right of the lobby.
