Our Facility
We have the area’s largest and most sophisticated rehabilitation center. Our fully equipped, 1,750-square-foot facility includes state-of-the-art equipment to help patients recover full function as quickly as possible. In addition to the main gym overlooking Port Townsend Bay, we have eight private treatment rooms for patient privacy and comfort.

Jefferson Healthcare Outpatient Rehabilitation services provide therapy Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. A physician's prescription is needed to initiate therapy services. . Rehabilitation therapies are also provided to inpatients and Home Health and Hospice patients as requested by the physician. We are the only therapy practice in the greater Port Townsend area providing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy provides modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound or electrical stimulation along with exercise and soft tissue mobilization to help the patient recover from injury or illness. PT focuses on getting people back on their feet.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy provides therapeutic modalities, exercise and assistive devices as needed to enhance the patient's return to pain-free Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy provides assessments and treatments to enhance a person's ability to speak, swallow, process language, improve memory and learning strategies, and recommend appropriate diets for swallow disorders.
