Hours
Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Scheduling Your Appointment
We post our appointment schedules approximately six weeks prior to the beginning of each month.
In addition to advance scheduling, Jefferson Medical and Pediatric Group now uses a method of scheduling known as open-access scheduling. This approach to scheduling makes it easier to get appointments with your primary care provider on the same day you call the office. To allow open access, our providers’ schedules leave an opening at the beginning of the day. Patients who call early in the day are able to make an appointment for the same day. Same-day scheduling also may be used for acute or urgent-care visits, follow-up visits, and physicals.
At the time you call for your appointment, we will request a brief description of your medical problem to determine the proper amount of time for you to spend with your provider. Please indicate if you wish to discuss multiple medical concerns, so we allow enough time.
If you are working or are disabled, you may want to consider scheduling the first appointment in the morning or the first appointment after lunch to minimize waiting time.
If you are a new patient, we will mail you health-history and registration forms to complete in advance of your appointment. Please bring these with you, along with a list of any medications you are taking.
