Accounts & Billing

Our customer service staff can assist you in understanding your hospital or clinic bill, answer your insurance questions, offer financial counseling, assist you with a payment plan arrangement, and accept your payment in the form of cash, check, or major credit or debit card. Upon request, you may receive estimates of the cost of your hospital or clinic services. The financial service charge estimates phone number is 360-385-2200, ext. 2267. Our customer service office is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Read more

Advance Directives

Advance directive is the umbrella term for instructions regarding patient care. These are implemented if you are unable to make your wishes known. There are two types of advance directives: (1) the Directive to Physicians (“living will”) and (2) the Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions.  Read more

Charity Care Policy

Patient Advocate

As a patient, you are encouraged to promote your own safety by becoming an active, involved, and informed member of your health care team. This includes understanding your rights and responsibilities. Every patient who is admitted to the hospital should receive a copy of Patient Rights and Responsibilities. This brochure outlines rights related to patient care, privacy, safety, and information. It also outlines patient responsibilities. The brochure advises patients to contact either the patient advocate or the Washington State Department of Health with their concerns. Read more

Registration & Admissions

Our professional and friendly registrars provide support to you in acquiring outpatient services such as emergency, laboratory, and radiology services (including CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, nuclear medicine, and bone density evaluations); short-stay surgery and surgery; respiratory therapy; medicine administrations; preoperative care; EKGs; observation; and inpatient admissions.  Read more

Social Services

Social workers are available through Jefferson Healthcare to counsel, support, and advocate for patients and their families when they are dealing with medical problems and related stressors.
