Transgender Patient Care Navigator Support
Our goal is to ensure transgender patients experience exceptional patient care with sensitive, competent and supportive healthcare providers and staff. All individuals, including those of non-conforming gender identities, are welcome to contact our Transgender Navigator Jackie Levin, RN. We use the word "transgender" or "trans" to refer to anyone identifying along or outside of the transgender spectrum.
