How to Pay Your Bill

Our customer service staff can assist you in understanding your hospital or clinic bill, answer your insurance questions, offer financial counseling, assist you with a payment plan arrangement, and accept your payment in the form of cash, check, or major credit or debit card. Upon request, you may receive estimates of the cost of your hospital or clinic services. The financial service charge estimates phone number is 360-385-2200, ext. 2266. Our customer service office is located on the first floor of the hospital and is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

For your convenience, our patient accounts representatives offer computerized and/or electronic billing to your primary, secondary, and tertiary insurances. Following your receipt of your final Explanation of Benefits, you will receive a statement informing you of any self-pay balance related to your bill.

Jefferson Healthcare offers charity care and a sliding-fee scale to self-pay patients requiring financial assistance. The financial services representative will provide you with information explaining the application process for either of these programs, along with his or her business card and our credit policy.
