Jefferson Healthcare's Home Health and Hospice offices are located on the third floor of the Remax building.

Home Health provides a comprehensive network of healthcare professionals including nurses, home health aides, medical social workers and physical, occupational and speech therapists to help patients and their caregivers become more self sufficient and independent as possible.

Hospice services and the compassionate and professional team of healthcare specialists assist in managing care to enable patients to live as fully and comfortably as possible.
