Scheduling Your Appointment When you want to schedule a routine or follow-up appointment, you should call at least a week in advance. If you need to be seen sooner, please state that when making your appointment. We will make every attempt to put you on our schedule at the earliest possible time. At the time you call for your appointment, we will request a brief description of your medical problem to determine the proper amount of time for you to spend with your provider. Please indicate if you wish to discuss multiple medical concerns, so we allow enough time. If you are working or are disabled, you may want to consider scheduling the first appointment in the morning or the first appointment after lunch to minimize waiting time. If you are a new patient, we will mail you health-history and registration forms to complete and return to our clinic several days prior to your appointment. Please bring any medications you are taking.
