Pay & Benefits

Our pay and benefits are very competitive with hospitals throughout our region. To ensure this, we periodically monitor regional and national pay practices. Starting pay rates for new employees are based on relevant experience and in some cases, education, or certifications.

Some of our benefits include:

Retirement programs (457 salary deferral and after two years the employer-sponsored 5% plan) sponsored by Jefferson Healthcare through John Hancock
